[DhtmlXQ_comment0] 杨德琪，1963年出生，河北秦皇岛人。1992年获河北省第8届运动会象棋赛冠军，1987年起参加全国赛，1994年全国个人赛列第14名，获象棋大师称号。1995年全国团体赛为火车头队第二次夺魁立下汗马功劳，也是1997年获全国团体赛第5名的主力队员，同年在山东梁山举行的“棋友杯”全国精英赛中又以优异战绩夺魁。棋风稳健深沉，稳中带恶，技术全面，是一位颇具实力的象棋大师。现为火车头队主力队员之一。|||| 在1995年全国团体赛中，火车头队于幼华、崔岩、杨德琪、金波四员战将精神抖擞，齐心协力，团结拼搏，继1992年之后再次夺魁。在这次大赛中，第3台杨德琪发挥极佳，前6轮创下连胜纪录，后7轮3胜2和2负，净赚七局，为全队夺冠立下殊功。|| 此局为最后一轮杨德琪对臧如意之战，赛前形势与1992年团体赛情形相似，其对垒形势为：火车头(19分)对北京(15分)；广东(19分)对四川队(15分)，故火车头、广东两队可“坐二望一”，但要取决最后胜败结局，而四川、北京两队非胜不能进人前6名。比赛最终结局，广东与四川之战，四台皆和互取1分，火车头对北京战况为：一、四台和，二、三台各胜一盘，双方打平。经过计算对手分，结果火车头204分比广东队多4分又幸运地登上玉皇顶而再次夺冠。[/DhtmlXQ_comment0]
