[DhtmlXQ_comment0] 象棋排局中，影響大，流傳廣，並被譽為“棋局之王”的“七星聚會”，亦名“七星同慶”、“七星拱鬥”“七星曜彩”，依這些局名順序，其最早刊於清代四大排局古譜《百局象棋譜》（第1局）、《心武殘編》（第104局）、《竹香齋象戲譜》三集（第1局）、《淵深海闊象棋譜》（第1局）以及《蕉窗逸品》（第1局）中。這局棋的棋圖由紅黑雙方各七子組成，結局時又多以雙方合計七子組成，所以又有“七星”、“七星棋”、“江湖七星”、“大七星”等名稱。|| “七星”，可有三種解釋：一、南方朱鳥七宿中第四宿有七星之名。如《禮。月令》：“季春之月，日在胄（二十八宿之一），昏七星中。”二、北斗七星。如《史記。天官書》：“北斗七星，所謂璿璣玉衡，以齊七政。”三、古樂器名，屬管樂。此局棋，雙方各有七隻棋子，愚意當指北斗七星為是。|| 大型著名古局“七星聚會”的紅方一路邊兵有兩種擺法：一種是紅兵在一·四位，如《心武殘編》、《蕉窗逸品》中的便是，另一種是紅兵在一·五位，如《百局象棋譜》、《竹香齋象戲譜》、《淵深海闊象棋譜》中的便是，兩種擺法在著法方面並無多大差異，只是前一種擺法的圖勢略為美觀一點，著法也稍微複雜一點，民間棋局都是這樣子擺的。|| “七星聚會”的圖勢美觀嚴謹，著法深奧精妙，變化繁複多端，引人入勝，是一則車卒大斗車兵的高深排局，所以深得江湖藝人的青睞，並成為其謀生的法寶。研究這局棋，可以提高人們對車（卒）兵殘棋的攻防戰術在實戰中的運用技巧。此局名聞中外棋壇，民國初期，來中國弈訪的國際象棋家丹麥人葛林瑞(Charles,Kliene)愛好上中國象棋，曾於1916年在上海將這局棋譯成英文單行本，介紹到國外。|| “七星古局”，各棋譜均有收入。由於著法編排古老，閱讀不便，故而人民體育出版社1962年出版的由楊官璘等編著的《中國象棋譜》第三集在收入此局時，重新改編了著法，起了很好的進步作用。惜乎仍未能盡善盡美，歷年來，各棋刊均有棋藝討論意見提出。有關這局棋的所有文章中，最為全面完善的則是安徽科學技術出版社1993年出版的由丁章照、楊明忠、陳建國編著的《象棋流行排局精選》（第31局），書中約有四萬字介紹此局。筆者在整理此局時，以《中國象棋譜》第三集所編的此局著法為主體，參照各棋刊的討論意見及棋友們和愚見之新發現，以新編著法整理之，以期能有日趨完善之效焉。|| “七星聚會”是一則古局，為了保持棋局原有的特色，對於這局棋的棋規問題，這裏沿用民間流傳的棋規慣例來評判，即：（一）甲方一將、一解殺還殺，乙方解殺還殺，雙方不變作和；（二）甲方一將一殺，乙方因解殺而還殺一步，應由甲方變著，甲方不變判負。[/DhtmlXQ_comment0]
