二零一零年多倫多中國象棋公開賽规程 一、主辦單位： 多倫多象棋會；士嘉堡耆英象棋會 二、比賽項目： 個人賽（公開組；耆英組：六十五歲以上；少年組：十七歲以下） 三、比賽日期： 十月十六日、二十三日和十一月六日(初賽); 十一月十三日(決賽) 四、比賽地點： Milliken Park Community Center - 每星期六下午一時至五時； 4325 McCowan Road, Toronto, ON - South of Steeles, East of McCowan; 五、比賽細則： 用世象聯(亞象聯)棋例. 1、初賽：瑞士制績分循環賽 六輪績分循環賽，每周兩輪一局制 如有兩棋手同分時,名次由下列分數決定：場分；對手分；胜場 棋手缺席兩輪將按自動退出比賽處理 2、決賽：單淘汰賽（兩局制） 從六輪初賽名次最好四名棋手將進入決賽，第一，二名棋手將爭公開組冠軍，第三，四名棋手將爭公開組季軍 耆英組冠軍：初賽最高名次耆英棋手 少年組冠軍：初賽最高名次少年棋手 六、獎勵： 公開組第一名至第八名： 獎盃/証書，及獎品一份； 耆英組第一名至第三名： 獎盃/証書，及獎品一份； 少年組第一名至第三名： 獎盃/証書，及獎品一份。 七、報名費用： 會員三元，非會員十元 八、頒 獎： 颁奖礼于十一月十三日(決賽后) 九、组委名单： 主席：阮国衡；黃超雲 裁判：宋德柔；伍业诚；蔡映輝；謝廉 十、報名查詢： 李漢琦先生+1-416-297-0227 or elyuen*yahoo.com 英文版规程：2010 Toronto Xiangqi Open Regulation Organizer: Toronto Xiangqi Association (TXA); Scarborough Seniors Chess Club (SSCC) Event: Individual (Open; Senior – age 65 or above; Youth – age 17 or below) Time: Saturday October 16, 23, November 6 (Preliminary) and November 13 (final) Location: Milliken Park Community Center – 1 pm to 5pm 4325 McCowan Road, Toronto, ON - South of Steeles, East of McCowan; Method: § WXF (AXF) Rules will be adopted § Six preliminary rounds using the Swiss system. Two games per week. § When players obtain equal scores, their rankings will be decided by match points; opponent’s match points, and total wins. § Any player that is absent for 2 rounds is automatically disqualified. § The final round takes the form of two-game matches in which the top four from the Swiss tournament play off for the first and third places. § SeniorThe Champion is the top senior player from the preliminary rounds. § The Youth champion is the top youth player from the preliminary rounds.
